No animation, just a special fire effect for Sasuke's katon (fire style) jutsu. It's a filler jutsu

No movement here, just a show of the effect. The final scene will have animation though.

Just an idea,
i think you should make a gauss-blurred duplicate layer of the phoenix and lay it over the original phoenix layer, then take this whole fire-ish effect layer(s), and create clipping mask on the gausse-blurred phoenix, so it only lays over the phoenix and some surrounding air.
That way, the fire will look like its on the phoenix instead being all over the screen/display/image.
