Description
I'm working on the comic for In-Game because I really don't have the time to make the anime.Anyway, I made a new style since I wasn't very fond of the "Naruto" look my old one had.

Very important question but I'm sure there is a simple answer. In animation would you draw,shade and paint the backgrounds first for each scene or would you do one scene's background and start animating that scene. Well what I'm trying to ask is how is your process when it comes to the animation and backgrounds.

I do a storyboard first, showing the sequence. Once Im happy with it, I begin painting the BGs using PS. Same way you'd paint in a canvas but digitally. Then I do the animation.

Does the story start the same way as shabane or its very different and will that blue old man be in it and the guy with the big ears

It's pretty different. The blue guy might be in it but the elf wont.

I have to say: it looks AWESOME...but I don't like the cigarrete lol Kids will smoke if the wanna be like smyton and it's not cool. And animating smoke is a pain in the ass lol

I like the new Smyton way better than the old one...
The old Smyton's eyes were kinda scary.
This Smyton, the hair and facial features are much more realistic. And Smyton's got more muscles!

Smyton looks diffrent. The clothes the hair the color of the eyes and his sword.

I've changed his look again lol. Now his hair and face look closer to the first concept. Clothing and sword are the same though...I love the sword

the clothes are definately bad ass with the pouch aand everything, and the cig lol. the hair is not my style but i still like it

I think the folds or bends/creases on the pants look strange.
only than one little crease on his left leg (from our angle) looks weird. But overall, its perfect. nice expression also.
