Nice! I know this world is flooded but there's not enough decay for it to be post apocalyptic. I think it's either right after a disaster or apocalypse. I think the girl's loneliness as a situation could mean anything, non-metaphorically I mean, It's clearly flooded and abandoned but the fact that there's no graffiti tells me something is up.
