Description
I decided to do Inktober this year, even though I've never had any interest in it before and trying to draw for it makes me feel like I'm drawing with my feet.

But depression's been kicking my ass and I'm sick of letting it win, so, here's the piece I did for the first day's prompt, "Poisonous", featuring young Artemis Entreri milking a Thesali viper. Note: if in the rare circumstance that you have a milk a snake, it's better to do it without wearing gloves, because gloves make an already slippery animal even harder to handle, not to mention that once you've got the snake's head secured, it can't hurt you except if you lose your grip (i.e. as a result of not having the best grip in the first place due to the gloves). Artemis is wearing gloves in my drawing (and thick ones at that @_@) because that's what Salvatore wrote him doing, so yeah.

Also, spoiler alert, I petered out on finishing one drawing a day after day 3. :C
