Panel 4 made me laugh too. He must have not cared for Link's whining to actually do something for a change.
If an episode like this had made it's way into the game, that would have been awesome.

Actually I didn't really mean it like that. Hunger in a Zelda game would be kinda stupid, like if you were fighting a boss and you start losing hp randomly, kinda sucky.
Mystery Dungeon is a good game though.
