1- Sure, why not. Let me explain for the request drawing it is a free drawing even if they are beginner depends though to take alot of basics - which they take request art 100% and it 100% free to when a user ask a artist "can you draw me a my oc hug Scooby Doo, out on the park" let say for a example like that, depending the idea for request idea can be sfw/ RATED G or NSFW - where they draw, videos, and list goes on.  Let me guess you're very on dA right, soft off.  I wish I should know what request is "an act of asking politely or formally for something" as seen on dictionary.

I may hope you may know what a request drawing it like asking polite for something to draw. I know it must take some time to understand about art status. I know. 

2- I was originally wanted to request you a drawing of my anime oc rival Jasper hug and kiss to the mouth to "TinkerBell" from Peter Pan

Yes I know. I know it get some time around in the online world getting to know some things though - it like that to people sometime. I know everyone has that, a beginner adventure to start off I know.  Also... Take your time on drawing and I love your art style. Hopefully I will hope to see more of your work in future reference.
