Art is a common practice
And shown many different ways
Like us humans, it thrives
Living throughout earth's days

Art started out quite early on
As stick figures, and shapes, drawn in caves
Then came colors, which added the charm
The first artists were born, and began to crave

After the color, then came depth
New styles were made, new forms created
Words were added, now came literature
Great art was made, but better awaited

Visual art was the start, and then written
But a new form was still forming
Music came along, seen by ear
With music came orchestras, beautifully preforming
