I love how you've just captured the emotion of each of the characters. Especially with Zevran, he has a very happy and confident outward demeanour but his backstory is quite sad when you dig into it, something that clearly has an effect on him as your character gets closer to him.
That's one thing I've always liked about Bioware, how they usually have these hidden sides to the companion characters that you don't really see at first. Heck, sometimes you don't see them at all depending on the relationship between that character and the player character.

Except for Arianne they all look peeved, depressed, or angry for some reason. Fenris for obvious reason =_=, Merrill probably because she's being picked on by Fenris, Velanna probably because she has to be with all of the flat ears,, Sketch looks as though he's a kicked puppy, Zevran is reminiscing, and Arianne... is being complimented by Finn probably.
