What are the differences with a crow?

Crows are larger and are black all over, the jackdaw has a pale eye and a dark mask around the beak, it also has a grey-ish head.
This link probably explains it better
The lighting on this particular photo does make it hard to differentiate between the two though, the main things to look out for are the grey eyes and how the head is slightly paler than around the face!

I still don't understand. Because crows in my area are having Β
grey-ish head andΒ pale eyes. This will be clear if you see my
crow pictures.
But the difference in size is a valid point.

The one titled Wings would appear to be a Jackdaw - can you check to see if you have the correct name?
However I should point out that I am in the U.K. which could lead to the differences in colour or common name
Just to be picky; technically a Jackdaw is a Crow, they are both in the same Genus - Corvus monedula (Jackdaw) and Corvus corone (Carrion Crow - the crow which I am most familiar with) so in some respects they are both crows
