Lovely stuff as always. I love how the multiple patterns draw you in and are unexpectedly interrupted by the figure, who ignores the boundaries that the patterns follow.

This is absolutely stunning. The layering and the detail are so meticulously done they elevate the whole piece, and the composition is wonderful! I love that it's in black and white too, it gives it a dream-like quality... It looks as if it could have come straight out of a folktale.

I really like the way you worked with the details and patterns, the textures, the quite dreamy and evanescent atmosphere... The round and clean shapes of the character contrasting with the straight and intricate lines of the scenery create a peculiar mood, and gives me the impression it is happening in a far land, in a windy yet warm night. Did you think about One thousand and One Nights while working on it?
Among your other drawings, I think this is the one I like the msot! Congrats for such elegant artwork
