She is pretty, but I think we have our own survivor...I'm not sure how much you know. But in puppy mills...is it common for them to tap the muzzle to keep the dog from making noise?

From what my mom tried telling me is that he was in either a puppy mill or a hoarding situation. But to keep the dogs from barking, they had tape put on their muzzles...It explains why Harvey doesn't like us touching his muzzle.
But for those who are lucky, a better life is certainly worth all the trouble they went through.
