Yeah apparently it's fan art of a bad Flintstones movie called Flintstones On The Rocks in which Fred and Wilma do marriage counseling. She tried to Seduce Fred dressed like that and he didn't even notice.

Compared to the originals they made the heads to big and bodies too small. I don't remember the voice acting being very good either. And if I remember right, the movie ended with Fred and Wilma realizing their marriage was fine and Barney and Betting arguing over something stupid. The lingerie scene was probably the one good part. There's a reason why so few people have heard of that movie.
