Description
So I wanted to try designing more monster characters, since it's one thing I'm used to drawing the most out of art. I remember designing a few back in the day for an old Yo-kai Watch community but I want to try designing monsters that could be great for those games in other "genres". I'll call this slowly-developing series; "Sodamons", designing monsters in my own twists.

To start off, here's Sealdae and Ikakkream, based off a sundae I found in a menu of a chain restaurant while I was abroad in America once, which I thought they looked sorta like seals. After many years, the idea finally comes to fruition after wondering about it one day and now that I have the ability to draw nicely compared to all those years ago. I took very loose inspiration from the Triple Gooberberry Sunrise sundaes from SpongeBob, to the point of even picking the colours from them.

I also wanted to make it look circus-like, so I give it a whipped cream "collar" and a party ice cream cone hat, which would "evolve" into a narwhal-like horn. The design turned out pretty good, simple yet not too detailed, and an eye-catching design. The background was sorta thrown together, but the simplistic look added extra detail.
