A little, yeah. Netherrealm confesses that they went overboard with the sex appeal for the females in MK9, in an interview I've read. Hence why the women in MKX, as well as the males, the violence, and almost everything is, is trying to be more realistic.
Me? I like sexy girls, and I didn't mind Mileena's breast size in MK9, but with such a small pelvis and a boatload of (not that well rendered) muscles, on top, she just wasn't as pretty as she could've been.

I haven't seen the game's alternate costume for her yet, but at least her Klassic costume is an option ^^ Overall I'm still a bit disappointed with MKX compared to its predecessor :/
