Description And now the games begin! 8D Lazlow has rolled out his custom designed feather rotation doohickey, made sure the big toes were tied back snug enough, and set ‘em on a low-to-mid speed. See, Kai is really sensitive to feathers. It’s maddening at its current teasing pace already. I can tell by the childish pleading and the noisy rattling of the stocks that can be heard from the edge of the forest! Still have the gall to threaten Lazlow, huh? Poor move, bucko. He’s the one with the key to the stocks, ya know. And he’s also the one with his finger on the speed setting. What say we wipe what’s left of that scowl off yer face, huh?

Kai is indeed laughing. x3  Those feather twirlers look absolutely maddening!  They came out really well...looking very tickly, indeed!

So, how much do they sell for?

I picked out some feathers that work particularly well. Plus this poor guy is already especially sensitive to feathers.

And I dunno, I'll have to make a business plan first, since I had some of the parts already laying around. But I estimate somewhere in the $150-$200 region for a quality model. =3

Only one problem with the device itself:  Power source.  Does it have an adequate power source?

Ye, those little green towers are battery packs. X3

Battery life and voltage?

SodiePawp In reply to Columbidae1337 [2018-02-24 21:17:31 +0000 UTC]

Not as long as I'd like, but there's spares, and 7.2 volts. The whole thing was silly-rigged from some cheap hand drills from my granddad's basement. X3

I'm sure that a similar device could be constructed with a K'nex motor.

But it wouldn't really work as well, now would it?

Nuh, K'nex are pretty cool but not as hardy as more industrial materials. 👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Anyways, I'm logging out soon.

Lol now we see that invention of yours in action, and that looks evil! hehe
I like how this is colored too and I saw the other expressions too ;3

Heheheh, yusss~ >XD Im glad you like what you like~ And thank you very much, I'm always rather worried about my coloring.

Lyonchello In reply to SodiePawp [2014-01-26 01:23:01 +0000 UTC]

Nah, I think your colorings are well done
Ohh, and if it's an old computer and/or monitor, the colors could change some I've had that problem with some monitors too

SodiePawp In reply to Lyonchello [2014-01-26 03:39:48 +0000 UTC]

Thank you, that means a lot to me~
And I dunno how old the offending monitor is, but that could well be a problem.

Lyonchello In reply to SodiePawp [2014-01-26 20:03:22 +0000 UTC]

No problem man, you've also complimented me with things that mean a lot to me too <:3
And better make sure the colors don't differ too much =o I've had that problem too before

SodiePawp In reply to Lyonchello [2014-01-26 20:47:35 +0000 UTC]

And I meant every one of them, you're a talented artist who cares about his craft.
You mean like make sure there's not an extreme difference from monitor to monitor? =o

Lyonchello In reply to SodiePawp [2014-01-28 00:48:47 +0000 UTC]

If you suspect it could be a problem then yeah =o if you don't feel like the color may change too much then don't worry much about it And thanks a lot man, glad you think that

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

SodiePawp In reply to Lyonchello [2014-01-28 01:20:19 +0000 UTC]

They don't change too drastically. Some get vaguely darker on the other computer, but the Renier drawing looks like it has a vaguely yellow/orange hue to it. =o

Lyonchello In reply to SodiePawp [2014-01-28 02:47:38 +0000 UTC]

Lol I see, yeah it can change a bit from computer to computer I've had Lyon's blue color become lighter or darker in other computers or screens

SodiePawp In reply to Lyonchello [2014-01-28 03:15:08 +0000 UTC]

Maybe I'm over thinking it, but I feel like sometimes it screws things up. Maybe that's jsut cuz it's different than intended, that isn't out of the question. =o

Lyonchello In reply to SodiePawp [2014-01-28 06:01:10 +0000 UTC]

Maybe I shouldnt be making you worry too much about this ^_^;

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

SodiePawp In reply to Lyonchello [2014-01-28 06:16:14 +0000 UTC]

Naw, I was already worrying long before we had this conversation. And at this point, I'm not too terribly concerned. I simply assume by now that many people have about the same settings as me and see it just fine, considering most people don't even know what gamma settings are. =3

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Lyonchello In reply to SodiePawp [2014-01-28 21:07:58 +0000 UTC]

Lol I know what those settings are, but I dont dare touch them, as long as my monitor is fine.
Overall I think the settings of my gamma and color balances are just Average ^_^; lol

SodiePawp In reply to Lyonchello [2014-01-28 22:59:54 +0000 UTC]

Yuh, I have the power to set it myself in the program, but I assume most monitors need some gamma correction anyway, so I left it alone myself.

I'll try and make 'em inexpensive, but sturdy.

Yay! That way I can buy a bunch of them, tie some poor guy down and give him a PERMANENT FULL-BODY TORTURE!

Not really. I tend to find it pointless calling anyone an enemy in my benign lifestyle. X3 I tend to try and be diplomatic most of the time anyway. Most of the time. ='p
