Synopsis: "Two Civil War ghosts haunt New Orleans at night."

This episode may not be the show's official Halloween episode, but it manages to give off the aura of one, and do it well. The gang goes to New Orleans to celebrate Mardi Gras. Unfortunately, the ghosts of the Leland Brothers are scaring everyone off, promoting the gang to investigate. Any holiday special that doesn't take place on a holiday, but manages to capture the aura of a holiday special, and the Halloween vibe is definitely strong here. There's a great sense of tension as the Leland Brothers chase the gang down like a pair of zombies, and a lot of fun in discovering who did it. Our culprits all have either believable motivations for committing the crime or were acting suspicious. Cyrus T. Buford could've done it since he wanted to expand his waterpark to the Leland Cemetery. Taylor Leland could've done it since he was suspiciously walking around with a Confederate uniform. Lorelei could've done it so she wouldn't sell the land and the fact she was going into a supernatural shop. Do I even need to mention how Crawdad Mike just randomly shows up to help the gang? The clues are cleverly placed like the projector and the gunk, and our culprit is definitely a surprise. It's a good episode.

Side Note: Cyrus T. Buford & Crawdad Mike, Taylor Leland, and Lorelei Leland are voiced by Jim Cummings, John DiMaggio, and Grey DeLisle.
