It's fascinating having both of these pictures here. It's interesting to see the process, as you try different things to get the effect. I like the picture of you better in the other photo, but I will say that the overall effect of this one is better. The colors are a little more washed and dreamy here, the lens flairs stronger, and the distance blurred as if you aren't even seeing it. The overall picture makes it feel like you really are in your own dream world - very, very far away.

Again, when you start to see a lot of different pictures by an individual artist, you begin to see patterns. You have a lot of portraits in this field, and I can see the connection that exists between you and the earth there. You seem to feel the cycle of new life, growth, death and sleep. You feel as fresh as the spring blossoms there, but you also know that nothing is ever static.

It really IS your world.

(Thank you for letting the rest of us see into that world for just a little bit. )

Sorry to hear that. I wish I could've stopped that from happening (part of your "world" being destroyed). I hate it when people build crap! Lol

Yeah. Β  I was just reading the book, "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy". Β Pretty funny and sad commentary on the nature of progress, especially in the beginning where Arthur Dent's house is getting demolished, and the entire Earth gets vaporized to make room for aΒ GalacticΒ Bypass... Β

Thank you
I have yet a lot of different pictures in this series.
They are different because the sun was setting slowly
thank you again for a lot of nice words. Yes I Have a very big relationship with this place. The field is located for my home.
I spend my time there since childhood. Lately I learned that here expressway to be built and my house and this place will be demolished..
I'm very sad for this reason

An expressway? Yikes! Well, you will just have to be the one to document all those flowers growing there (including the blond haired one growing in the middle ) so they can live on in memory.

(*sigh*) Like I said, nothing is ever static - even the setting sun. That's both the curse and the blessing of life.
