I got it done, it's a bit different than the actual design, but thats because the tiny stars would just turn into a polka dot after time. So I between the tattooist and myself we came up with this design.6-4-08

I am soooo ready for tattoo number 4! I'm looking to get a peonies/ daliah on my inner upper arm. Painful... Buuuut I have simply fallen in love with the idea of having a tattoo there and something that I can show off a little more... I'm tired of always having mine covered up. This one would be easier to flash from time to time. :3 lol. So if anyone wants to give me ideas I'd loooooove to see them.

I found this design on photobucket and decided that if I get a tattoo this is the one for me. I have a baaaad phobia of needles and my new years resolution was to concur my fears. And I was reading the responses and saw where you said it bled a lot and I started feeling kinda eh about it. Any advice? As well as I hope you don't mind me getting it :/ What does it feel like? does it hurt bad to get it on your shoulder? PLEASE message me back soon :/

Sooooo I got it done last night, slightly modified it, and I have to say this is the first and LAST tattoo I get. That mess hurt! But right now its still irritated so once the redness goes completed down I will take a picture and post it. ^_^

may i ask, did it hurt much? im kinda interested in getting a tattoo of that size and if you dont mind telling me, was it expensive? dont know anything about how much a tatto might cost me XD.

Well firstly tattoo's very in price depending on lots of factors. Mine because it was simple cost $150 it's not super colorful, or detailed. So it's definitely something to keep in mind. The location will also be a factor in how much it costs... like my brother got a tattoo on his neck and the artist charged him more for it to be there rather than his back or arm. Also about the location... it didn't really hurt all that much, while my tattooer dude (

lol! I got lucky, i'm the good child... my brother got one illegally cause the tattoo artist thought he was about 20, he was 16. When my mom found out, I was shocked to discover my mom could slam a 6'1", 200 lb guy up against a wall. lol. she was a little angry. lol I didn't get mine til i was 19

haha, I'm not surprised. It is an interesting design idea. Mine has the crescent thicker and forming a complete circle, and less stars. Being the main difference. But anyway, compliments on your design, being the true point of all of this!

I saw this tattoo a while back and fell in love with it! Would you mind if I used this, but changed it a bit? I want a memoriam for my mom, who passed when I was 14. She was in love with moons and stars and I want to add her name mixed in with the stars or something. Would you mind? I would send you a pic and credit you if you want?

No that's alright, you can also give the tattoo artist the design and ask him or her to make some small alterations so that it's a bit different. If not then yes I'd appreciate the credit to me, because it is my own design.

Oh my. By far one of favorite tattoos I've seen on somebody. I wish I wouldn't thought of something like that. I'm definitely stuck on what to get. But this is amazing. How did you come up with it. =]

Well I was always drawing stars, and them falling from various things lol. Branches of a tree, sun, I just was doodling. And I was doing a stamp print for one of my high school art classes and it had to be very black and white. So this pattern worked really well. And i just fell in love with it.
