Update: Added Jirachi's back cloths

Wish upon a star~
It's Jirachi's month!

Celebrating 20 years of Pokemon by drawing each mythical Pokemon each month! To tie into the monthly distributions~
Jirachi floating above Forina as the sky wakes up, or sets, depending on your mood~
This is the first of the lot to be exactly how I envisioned it.

Took inspiration from this beautiful piece from a Pixiv user called みさ
 And of course the ending theme from the Jirachi movie!

Now, here's a lil story for you all...
The the first Pokemon movie I saw was Pokemon 2000, but at that time I wasn't deeply into the series.
Fast forward a few years, I'd grown up a little, and me and my bro bought the Jirachi movie, since we hadn't seen another Pokemon movie other than 2000.
I feel like the Jirachi movie might've been the one movie that really got me into Pokemon. I saw the bond between Max and Jirachi, and I probably felt like I wanted that kind of bond.
Jirachi means a lot to me, and to my brother too I guess! We had both really wanted a Jirachi ever since the movie. And only this year, this month, we received our one wish.

It took me a long time to really realize this though. Because I felt like there was a gap between me liking Pokemon as a show, and then suddenly jumping on the bandwagon and sticking with it for all these years. And I thank Nintendo, Pokemon, Gamefreak and Jirachi for leading me here today.

Last month was Celebi!
Next month is... Darkrai!
