It works on here. But not when I try to put it on my profile page. And yeah, the framerate is screwy, but I was just using a free conversion software to make it GIF. So there ya go.

I don't know if you watched the full video, but the movement is actually jerky on purpose. (To an extent. The conversion process made it a little worse.) They did this to give the video a 1920s (approx) feel, as films back then weren't as smooth as they are now.

Understanding the lyrics helps lol. The song is about poor children in Germany. The screen that popped up with a message in German says: "In the year 2009 in Germany, 2.5 million children lived in poverty." I really like that video. It has a really good message.
I forgot to mention on the other reply, that I don't really listen to much American music. There are some American bands that I like, (Korn, Linkin Park, Metallica...) but most of the metal I listen to is in other languages and from other countries. Germany is predominant, but I also listen to Italian, Finnish, Swedish, Japanese, Greek, and I think there are some others. (But you get the idea.) And no, I don't understand half of what they're saying.

Oh! Right, you sent me a video link. I forgot to listen to it, I've only seen the video on your profile...
Hm. I like to listen to music where I can understand what they're saying. An exception is one Swedish song about... er, a guy in a chatroom, who thinks the anti-spam bot is a really impressive bot, but one day the 'bot' turns out to actually be a girl... The story in the song ends with something that I've seen translated as, 'To me you'll always be a bot', but the music video ends with the girl going to the guy's nightclub and cruising down the highway with him in a sports car. lol
Ah, right, I remember now... The song is Boten Anna, I think...

I get bored easily. If I understand everything that they're saying, I get bored that much faster. That's how it started anyway. Listening to foreign music means it won't get ruined by the radio. Plus, there are a lot of talented musicians in the world and if you open yourself up to listening to any language, you'll have better luck finding talented people.

I've pretty much mastered English. Time to move on, lol. I've had a college-grade reading level since some time in elementary school. So...yeah. I've gotten bored with English.

Yanni, some classical, a lot of old theme songs; my biggest favorite is the old Star Fox theme song. I like some pop; my favorite pop love song is I Never Knew Love Like This Before, by Stphanie Mills, back from the year 1980. I like a lot of earlier love songs from the 1960s or so; some bubblegum, and (odd, I know) don't mind Elvis at all. Jazz and blues are okay; bluegrass and country has its place. I like Miley Cyrus's music (though not much else that I hear about her these days.)
Even what I don't like, I can mostly tolerate. The exception being the more obnoxious types, such as death metal and screamo, some of the odder, more dissonant alternative types, and things that aren't really music, such as rap, which seems mostly to be bad poetry about crime and drugs set to the rhythm of a bad headache.
Probably the biggest thing that I should say about me and music is that I don't worship it. I'm not addicted to it. Music is like fine wine, and I savor the taste of a beautiful vintage, in moderation. I'm not impressed with people who wallow in it like crackheads, and yes, they do exist. I respect someone more if they're not dependent on it; if they can do without it. Not that I'd necessarily ask them to.
You?

Metal. But NOT SCREAMO. Tanz Metal is what I listen to the most, which is German Dance Metal. Heavy guitar, electronic beats, strong vocalists, etc. I also like Goth Metal, Symphonic Metal, and Folk Metal. (Folk Metal has elements of both Folk and Heavy metal: a bizarrely wonderful combination.)
I don't like country or most pop. And general rock all sounds the same to me. The only rapper I like is Eminem, because he actually has some musical talent, but I don't listen to him very often.
I grew up in a pretty musical household, so I love music to death. Because I'm so familiar with what music should sound like, I have a hard time tolerating music that isn't high quality. And while I'm not addicted to music, I can't imagine my life without it. I just really love music.

Oh yeah, I wouldn't like anyone who thought they could take the choice away from me, but it would mostly be the 'you don't run my life' thing. Well, half and half with losing music.
I'd be fine if civilization collapsed and the only music I could hear was what came from my lungs, though.
Ok, I take it back, you do like a good variety. Why don't you like country though? It seems perfectly pretty to me, very upbeat, cheerful... I enjoy a bit of bluegrass here and there; the country version of pop; Taylor Swift, 'Teardrops on My Guitar'...
Yeah, pop is everywhere. But I don't listen to everything constantly, so I haven't really had a chance to get bored with it. Oh, the stuff that's all the same can turn me off sometimes; it takes one of the ones that stands out to get my attention. Such as 'never knew love like this before'; for some reason that really caught me.
Mostly, when I used to have a working radio in my car, I'd just tune it out and drive, if it was playing one I didn't like. Which, truth to tell, was a lot of them.
As for why I don't like most metal... Listening to it is rather like suddenly having a bunch of car horns blasted at me. Except, it doesn't fade as the suddenness wears off. The variety of sounds is completely immaterial; the basic overall sound is so disgustingly unpleasant that I can't stand it. Not *all* metal, you'll note; actually, Metallica is pretty mellow. Some of the lighter stuff is really okay, and I thrilled to Paralyzer when it first came out. It's really only the heavier stuff such as death metal that really produces that car-horn-in-my-ear effect.
As to rap, also highly unpleasant, regardless of the variety it can manifest. It makes me feel like someone is swearing at me with the goal of provoking me into throwing the first punch. Severe emotional dissatisfaction. And, as I mentioned, it has the rhythm of a bad headache. Regardless of content, quality or variety.
I mean, I don't spend hours lovingly listening to the subtleties of every jackhammer that sounds off in my ear either. Same concept, no offense.

Sent you a note. And yeah, Gott ist ein Popstar is poking holes in religion. It caused a pretty big stink when it was released and they still get asked about it in pretty much every interview.
