It looks as though some villainous evildoer wants Rukia, and he wants her alive.
And there is nobody better for the role of deportation of living bodies than Marvel's own Bodybag, by producing a sticky membrane as saliva the victim loses all strength making it all the more easy for Bodybag to swallow them up, once gulped down Bodybag will then store the victim in one of three trademark sacs, keeping the victim in a comatose like state, yet perfectly safe, allowing to easy transportation.
