LOL due to a mixup at the offices, they accidentally sent my copies to my mom instead of to me, and she hasn't had time to mail them to me yet so I still haven't actually seen a copy! Isn't that weird! Exclamation point!

Is there going to be a volume 3 I found the first volume by mere chance at a book fair back when I was younger. And have been struggling to find more. It is such a fun comic with a really nice story and very very nice artwork. Also, I love the concept of the Orcans being half human half orca it is so cool.

I found both 1&2 in forbidden planets secondhand section... I love them so much!!! I was so upset there weren't anymore copies out... You should've done the two as one book...

Oh, so you created the cover art for SPA? Nice work! I haven't read much of it, but I do like the style of the mermaids because they are more aquatic-looking in the face and head than most merfolk.

Once upon a time Azuri was a full sized regular manga. About halfway through drawing the first half, Tokyopop asked if I would like my book to be part of their new kids line, saying it would help promote the book. Volume 1 would get cut into two volumes. Silliness happened and the first line fell through, so volume 1 was supposed to be labeled like that too but it wasn't.
The "Youth 10+" label means there will never be any swearing or outright actual nudity/sexual situations. But, when I write it, I don't dumb it down, I write what I would like to read and what hopefully all ages can enjoy.
