you know, this comic is responsible for buying this song and listening to it WAY to much. this concept would be a totally awsome way for people to advertising music (well, as long as it had interesting lyrics).
anyhoo, on to the art. i really like the wide eyed, bloodshot protagonist. the huge, staring eyes really give a sense of inner termoil and there's a fantastic build up to the moment where he blows his brains out. indeed, there's this really dramatic build up to the moment, what with the extreme perspective in the penultimate shot which focuses on the weapon while, at the same time, you have him dropping the wine glass. the fact that he dose himself in with a dart gun is so wonderfully anti-climatic. also, the first page acted as a really effective narrative to the song.
there's also somethuign niffty about the backdrop. i dig the way it acts like a gradietn, going from the warm orange to deep purple. the dog skipping through the second pannle really helps with the trasition.
