Torry works for a independent record label as a receptionist and she gets to meet many musicians who come through the door. Also she gets mix-tapes from those artists to see if she likes their music or not. Once in a while, she would get tickets for concerts from the artist who come-by the front desk. However, she prefers to give those tickets to people who might interested in the artist.
She knows Hindi and English which comes in handy when it comes to dealing with artists from India. She likes science fiction movies since she was a child after she first saw Blade Runner with her older brother in the theater. She would go to sci-fi conventions to see fellow sci-fi fans having fun and getting to meet famous actors in the process. She also enjoys spicy food which some of her friends think it's too spicy for them to try or even smell the dish in question.
