ALRIGHTY!! im finally getting over my intimidation and attempting to submit this character!!

a side note: i should point out that when i was coloring i got a bit sloppy on his jeans, shoes and tail. I just wanted to make clear that in the case of his tail there is no color change (cept the tip of his tail is just a darker brown) i was just being sloppy with the highlights XD ALSO his tail bares a striking resemblance to a particular flying rodent known as... a sugar glider. XDD (ohhhh puns are so much fun arent they? *shot*)

Family: Pinn comes from a traditional family. Mother, Father, and an older brother of 3 ½ years whom he idolized as a youngster. As far as he knows he is the only one of his kind in his immediate family. Very little of his past is really known so it is unclear of the living conditions he grew up in. It is assumed he either ran away from home at some point or his family all but disappeared one day leaving him alone. He has no knowledge of their whereabouts nor has he any interest in finding them. His nickname Pinn comes from a prank his brother used to play on him when he was younger. His brother and friends attempted to pierce his eyebrow when he was young and since he had developed a fear of needles; his brother used to shout out “PIN” or “NEEDLE” to frighten his brother and eventually he began answering to the word more as a name. When he ran away from home, he began calling himself by his nickname Pinn rather than his given name.

Personality: Very silly and CONSTANTLY on the move. it’s a rarity to see him sitting still for 10 minutes or longer at any given time. He gets along with almost everybody and he LOVES to be around people because he knows if he behaves long enough or if he does what he’s told he may get something out of it, preferably a treat like some candy or maybe a cookie. If there’s nothing gained for his efforts he’s pretty much a loud annoying idiot. But despite his obnoxious attitude he’s actually a very fun-loving person. He loves flirting as much as he loves candy, believed to be a bit gender confused, but when he’s trapped in a situation that he has no control over, he shies away and hides up in his room or at the videogame store. He can pretty much down any sort of sugary substance, even pure sugar itself (Sugar water being his favorite beverage) but his number one treat of choice is candy canes. He’d jump through hoops for anything mint flavored. Easy to please, easy to get along with, NEVER stopping a sentence to breath, Pinn is the greatest travel buddy on long distance to keep you awake… so long as he has plenty of room in the back seat to fiddle with your belongings and count the dead bugs on the window shield.

Additional information: He likes to smell sweets and flowers. That is not limited to only those items. If your hair smells like flowers or candy… chances are he’ll be hanging from your shoulders, nose in your hair. He has this irrational fear of small dogs but loves cats. He is often seen either wearing his smiley face bandana or his hair up in a small messy ponytail and carries a small backpack on his back carrying a vast collection of sweets, his ipod, wallet and cell phone.

Growing up he had little interest in sweet things until about the age of 12 when he began hauling around bags of M&M’s in his pockets. Soon after he discovered he couldn’t go longer than 4 or so days without some sort of large quantity of sugar. During that time he suffers from a great sugar low, no head ache, no stomach ache, just the feeling of intense sadness or no motivation to complete even the simplest of daily tasks (I.E. washing clothes, cleaning dishes, even getting dressed) by the third day he becomes hysterical, even manically depressed, and his body falls into uncontrollable convulsions. (at this point he’s up against the glass of the candy store begging for that last piece of chocolate chip cookie despite the fact he is 49 cents short.) By day 4-5 his mind has all but disintegrated from the lack of sugar and he becomes mentally unstable and dysfunctional. (it could take about a day to recover if enough sugar is consumed before day 5)

Quirks: (1) He tends to talk in a very loud, almost screaming voice when he’s too hyper. (2) He’s afraid of needles despite his ear and eye brow piercing (3) When he’s too hyper he has a tendency to scream out unusual and inappropriate words, more preferably “boobies.” (4) Under extreme sugar overload he is strangely flexible and quick on his feet (hence his amazing ability to appear in one spot one moment and appear in another in a split second) (5) he doesn’t like wearing underpants of any kind so he is often seen with sagging jeans and his tail sticking out the top. (ew…) (6) he has an irrational fear of small dogs

Likes: MINT anything, mint ice cream, mint coffees, candy canes, peppermints, any sugary treat he can get his hands on, strawberries, bananas, sugar cane, sugar water, rock music, jeans with holes (he likes to sew patches over the holes), singing, racing, jumping off high areas like trees and walls or climbing poles, tragic-romance movies

Dislikes: Oranges, Lemons, Limes, Chicken, most sour candies (hurt his tongue), closed in spaces, out of fashion shoe laces, bad comedy movies, suspenseful movies, quiet people, small dogs, needles, though he feels rather average for his height and size he isn’t particularly fond of anyone taller than himself
