She wears two layers of scarves, the transparent one has the Ursa Symbol on it. She loves frilly clothes, but will bundle up for the cold if she could. in her Meowstic form, she has a little bracelet to match with Briar.

She's still trying to get used to the life of being around humans, so she might come off as nervous or hostile depending on the situation. She's pretty bad around a big group of people, so being in Pokevillage is a great place for her to relax and enjoy being with other pokemon. She loves to learn! Would do a lot of things to see how'll she do with it, that's why accepting the Dittech was such a big opportunity for her to try out. The meowstic likes making little snacks for people she likes, because she wants to get good at cooking! she kinda grew on liking to do that over time uvu So she's somewhat opened to people! Though whenever she does see some troubling moments, like fights, she'll do her best to make it a more peaceful terms, than taking a more violent route! The girl loves to use the internet as her route of communication, seeing as in person she feels a bit more nervous.

History:

Ah yes, being a little different can be either a good or bad thing. This little Espurr however, has always been considered weird among her other Espurr mons. At the time, she was at Route 6, hiding inside the giant grass beside the dirt path, away from people and sometimes away from the pokemon of her species. The poor thing was pretty alone, watching some trainers come by to see the mansion not too far away. The Espurr always found it interesting on how someone can live in such a home! WOW- She was always kinda curious on being in there, but she kept her distance, having heard in route 7. The trainers would use this device called a PokeRadar to hunt for pokemon such as she... a Shiny is what they call it? It frightened her at the fact these humans were to attack other pokemon just to find one that looked different. It felt rather cruel. She already struggled to keep her power in check, as it felt pretty terrifying to hurt these humans even if she did hear they can be terrible.

She kept herself well hidden in the tall grass, liking the protection it served for the pinkish thing. However, on a particular day, she was walking around to find some food for herself until some rather young looking man ended up spotting the shiny Espurr. Her eyes widened and tried to hide away. His soft voice, and kind words were making her feel as though she could trust him to come out of hiding, and see what he wanted... the man's clothes were rather nice and suited-like, and his way of talking really made her feel assured he's not out to look for her for his bad pleasures, but to make a friend... She slowly came over, and was won over to become his friend. He called himself, Briar.

Over time, the Espurr became a Meowstic, and was presented with a Dittech by her very old friend she met in the tall grass. Yes he was still around, His name is Briar, and he too, was a Meowstic, just like her! A male version of herself anyway- The girl really grew to enjoy being a human, having to learn all he knew about being a human, and all the good things he has experienced with them. The woman ended up finding him like a big brother whom looks after her. Her attitude towards humans were became better, as she did see a lot more of the good side of these creatures . Helping pokemon grow in the Daycare, the food they could make, seeing some being groomed, enjoying their lives being with these humans! She did have some difficulties not using her powers around them, as this device was given as a gift, it was suppose to be secret... So the Meowstic does her best to keep herself in check with her powers, and the comfort level around them.

The two of them became members of Ursa during those times, helping out Mama Ursa in Pokevillage with the pokemon and recovering their desires to be with humans! Eloise and Briar were both made the leaders since the Original owner was needing help with this ever growing Gang. She was a bit nervous at first, but of course she felt more comfortable controlling these things with her good friend Briar. Now the two of them are helping out with healing the pokemon's feelings with humans! She currently is stationed at Pokevillage, and sometimes would go to Snowbelle to shop and interact with these humans.

Brair - Big Brother-like figure, and Co-Boss in Ursa.

Cyril - A very cute new friend.
