By the devotion of MishkynNightcore , I finally obtained this one.This is a flag of the fictional military organization with the friendly countries of the 3rd Reich in my novel universe and the following countries are....
1. Finland
2. Vichy France (they have lost almost of colonies once they had taken and only a few belong to France in exile)
3. Kingdom of Italy (Libya only but when the Governor Qaddafi lost the war, the Italian forces had to run).
4. Kingdom of Hungary
5. Romania
6. Independent State of Croatia (they had annexed the Bosnia and Herzegovina)
7. Egypt
8. Argentina
9. Slovakia
10. Korean Independent State.
11. Bulgaria
12. Georgia
13. Armenia
14. Azerbaijan

The reason that it has tricolor is: all the allied leaders of the 3rd Reich assembled in Paris decided to make their own military/economic bloc when they fascists think that they need to stand and unite to against the League of Democracies (mutated version of NATO) and Moscow Treaty Organization (which based on communist countries).
