Taiga is a WELL WRITTEN Tsundere. Her beatings are VERY toned down, she stars her development EARLIER instead of at the end, has a MUCH BETTER reason for her behavior AND she's cute.
If Tsundere's were more like her, THEY'D BE ENJOYABLE!!! But they're not, so F**K TSUNDERES!!!

Really, it feels like Neon Genesis Evangelion made Asuka too popular as a tsundere and not as the character she actually was as she was actually fleshed out more as a person than a meager archetype.
