I've always found one of the hardest things about death is not being able to properly blame someone, in most cases at least I guess.
And that the world has to keep going on, anyway.

Hardest thing about death in my opinion is, the feeling you will never see them again. When you try to sleep and you think about the one you lost. Then you think about memories you shared with them and long to just see them one more time... just one more time. Then you realize that may never happen. But you have to try and continue on because life waits for nothing.

After a week of no DA I come to see a few new pages of this mess in my inbox.
By 'mess' I mean all the frantic neurons firing off in Kid's brain telling him to kill these sons-of-bitches. But alas, realistically it's not the smartest thing to do considering the pups and all....for now.
How you express so much in this style is profound. The power of great writing I believe, particularly realistic dialogue!
But Damn...all those Ire ships just sunk in the ocean pretty darn quick. We can still do KidxRamble right?

Kid trying to be smart is definitely new for him. Gotta start somewhere.
The style I use has been called 'cartoony' by some, but I just try to make it work for what I need it to ^^ Guess there are different styles of 'cartoony'.
KidxRamble is always acceptable. But I accept all ships. Even those defying logic.

This isn't the first time she's had to say "I don't wish for dead children" (or some variant--I know it's "I have never" here but I can't remember it precisely on the other page) to Kid. The context is different, though, damn. Really, really different. :C
Hopefully after this they all learn, though. They can't afford to lose anyone else.

Haha well considering how much I had to put up a week just to meet round deadlines, it's no wonder. If you ever want to improve your comicing, enter an OCT. That's basically trial by fire. I never even intended on doing comics passed the auditions, but here we are yeas late. Man that was back when I was still using a mouse to color and make backgrounds.

I dig it cos like, this is a consequence of a mistake they made a long time ago, the cycle of vengeance has to end somewhere and right now, its Kids turn to decide. Snotty can't do much but attempt to lead him in the right direction. The dead are dead, Ire knew the risk she took. Everyday, you have to run, but they only have to catch you once. Watching a main character suffer such anguish so late in a story is something I very rarely see in comics, both amateur and pro. Typically, a character death is used as a plot device to drive the protagonist's actions, and not as an outcome of the protag's actions. It forces Kid to truly become a dynamic character, he has to suffer the same grief he's previously dealt, and he has to do so in the universally right manner.
