I'm starting up my "gotta draw 'em all" Tower series again. As it turns out, I still have a handful of Neo girls and Solar girls to draw yet.Her head is too small, I think and she looks too old. Ah well.

She looks about the same age as most the cannon Outers, so I wouldn't call that too old.
I really like the way her hair is colored.

Tis true, but she's actually a bit younger. 13ish. I was basing her off a Pluto picture, so I think that's where the age came from.
