What does Nu reference?
I'm assuming it isn't Chrono Trigger. Although I could see a Sailor Nu based on Chrono Trigger with that fuku if you darkened the blues a bit *cough*

Nu is referring to the greek letter. She's part of a universe of Senshi (like the manga characters Sailor Phi and Sailor Chi) that don't have a specific planet but fight for what they see is right.
