I don’t think he’d be worthy enough to learn it, if Piccolo, Yamaha, Tien couldn’t learn it idk if Vegeta could.
Even if Vegeta did learn it I don’t believe he’d find the technique useful. The kaioken has a huge disadvantage and it doesn’t fit vegeta’s fighting style.
