I watched part of the one he did on james and the giant peach and was not impressed with his sense of humor. It didn't really help that he thinks himself to be hilarious.

FREAK OUT every time I'm around phones or TVs
"Get over" my fear in two weeks time, just to be sure
And if Samara ever calls again, I'll just re-instate myself.

Three. Birds are colliding to your window, rats are scratching through your door, you have a leak on the ceiling, the toilet is making sounds and you'll be telling yourself how well prepared you were and how safe you are, hidden inside a psychiatric ward away from tvs and phones...
Two. The psychiatric ward now will seem to you like a box. A big, hard walled box. With a lock. You're not safe, you finally understand. You'll never be safe, because safe would mean to be able to run away. But you can't. You're locked. Trapped. You trapped yourself into. And you can hear Samara's breathing under the door.
One. This is it. The day. You hope you're safe. You pray, to God, to the Devil, to any force out there. You think it will be all over if you remain yourself quiet. Even the animals stop their noises.
Then one janitor does not hear his cellphone falling on the floor, slipping under your door.
It rings.
You don't want to pick up the call.
It rings once more.
You call for help.
It rings a third time.
You're afraid and smash it with all you got...
But you can feel the wet hands on your neck, and life abandons you in a ear-splitting scream...
