You can put the blame on for this. When she made the wonderful comic she made for my birthday ([link] ) she said she had just imagined my character wearing a pretty dress. And if there's something DragonAge lacks is... pretty dresses!

Then I decided to make a series of female wardens wearing pretty dresses. Mainly because of selfish reasons: making maidens in beautiful dresses is quite easy for me, I do that every time I have a pen an a piece of paper near, so I started making them in meetings at work. That way I can warm up after my holidays before I start uploading comics again - I know, I know. I promised to make comics soon but this project got into my head and it seems it wouldn't go away until I gave it a try.

ATPW means "All The Pretty Wardens". Since there are so many female wardens in DAO fandom, I guess I can make a lot of drawings while I'm bored at work. So if yours hasn't been pictured yet, it may be just a matter of time (you can note me or leave me a comment if you feel neglected, anyway).

And since it was who gave me the idea... her beautiful, classy and noble Helena Cousland had to be on the list. She came out of my pen wearing deep blue velvet (ok, this is just lineart but imagine the colors!)- I hope I was right because I think she would be amazing on it. I think Helena needs no more words. Just look at her. Can you imagine walking calmly across the Throne room?
