A cel-shaded image I used for a tutorial for an upcoming book ^^ She's not meant to be any character in particular. And this was meant to be strict cel shading only, so I wasn't supposed to use any soft effects. Done in Photoshop.Related content

She's so pretty!!!
Though I think her eye (the one that's on my right) looks a little flat and forward facing compared to the angle of her face.

Thank you very much! I think her eye looks okay but I know that when things go to ink/colour it can lose something so it may need a nudge ^^ I'll look out for that in future

I know what you mean, it happens to me all the time.
I personally feel that the eye would look better if the hair was drawn covering the corner of it, instead of the eye showing through the hair, I think it would look less 'flat'.

This is a pretty good cel-shaded waist up illustration. I really like how you did the pretty dress that she's wearing as well as her shiny hair. The tulip flowers that she's holding came out wonderful!
