Description
It was a nice, quiet and starry night in Bygone Island, and on this peaceful night in the home of the twin-tailed fox, Sonic was sleeping on the couch after a very rough day, after a day which thought would go smoothly, meeting with his "#1 fan" named Mark who turned out to be a psycho, leaving him trapped in Mark's home and getting Sonic's friends roped in as well, they eventually was freed from the psycho and all was normal, but not to Sonic.

Sonic was sleeping on Tails' couch, wearing his dark blue nightcap and shoes, socks and gloves off and was snoring loudly, he then began to dream, but it was not a sweet dream, he was seen in a dark room, his arms and legs tied on the bed as he cannot move, Mark then came with a baseball bat in hand as Sonic grown more scared, "What are you gonna do to me?", Sonic feverishly asked as Mark laughed, "I'm gonna make sure you never run ever again!", Mark said as he then began to hit Sonic's legs with the baseball bat, making them broken, Sonic screamed in pain as his legs was broken, "Now you get to stay forever and ever and ever", Mark said with an evil laughter as Sonic screamed as he then woke up from the nightmare with a scream, he looked around and felt his legs as he sighed of relief, "Oh, it was just a dream, thank goodness", Sonic said as he wiped the sweat off his head as he then heard a door open as Tails came out, wearing his nightcap and slippers on his feet and his gloves and socks off as he was holding a candle, "Sonic, are you ok, I heard you scream", Tails asked as he rubbed his eyes, "Yeah, I just had a bad nightmare little bro", Sonic said as Tails looked worried, "It's about that psycho isn't it?", Tails asked as Sonic nodded, Tails came to Sonic as he put the candle down on the table, "I'll get you a glass of water", Tails said as he went to the kitchen.

A few seconds later, Sonic finished the glass of water and quenched his thirst, "Ah, I needed that", Sonic said as put the empty glass away, "Hey Sonic?", Tails asked as Sonic looked at him, "Yeah little bro?", Sonic replied, "If it's ok, would you tell me what happened in the nightmare?", Tails nervously asked as Sonic looked down, "Ok, I'll tell you", Sonic said as he told him everything in the nightmare, Tails was speechless once Sonic finished, "It was terrible, I've never been this scared in all my life...", Sonic said as he looked down, Tails then scooted closer to Sonic, "Sonic...it scarred you pretty bad didn't it?", Tails asked as Sonic nodded, Tails then hugged him for comfort, "It's ok big brother, at least I'm here for you", Tails said as Sonic hugged him back, "Thank goodness, and I'm very sorry I got you guys roped in on all that", Sonic said as Tails kept hugging Sonic, "It's ok Sonic, it's not your fault", Tails said as Sonic then hugged his little brother, "I'm just glad that you're here and you're safe", Tails continued as Sonic smiled, "Thanks little bro, you're the best", Sonic said as he then let out a yawn, "We should go back to sleep", Tails said as Sonic nodded, "One favor though Tails", Sonic said as Tails looked at Sonic, "Yeah Sonic?", Tails asked as Sonic looked down again, "Don't leave me alone tonight", Sonic said as Tails smiled, "Wasn't planning to big brother", Tails said as he blew out the candle while Sonic smiled and yawned while Tails sat on Sonic's lap and wrapped his tails on Sonic, "Thank you little bro", Sonic drowsily said while yawning, "Anything for my big brother", Tails said as Sonic put his hand on Tails' head and gently rubbed it, "You're the best little bro, and I....love.....you.......little............bro..", Sonic said while yawning as he stopped rubbing Tails' head and fell asleep and snored loudly afterwards, Tails smiled as he kicked his slippers off as he yawned while leaning closely towards Sonic and went to sleep and snored with Sonic as they both slept and snored the night away.
