This looks pretty good, but if you're using MS Paint on any Windows OS before Windows 7, the Fill Tool will only fill in parts of sections if on a JPEG extension, which isn't good. I use Photoshop and it has the ability to clear out blurry or distorted areas based on how I set the tolerance level.

I know, but my DA friend is an experienced MS Paint artist aside from drawing by hand, but still uses Windows Vista, plus she saves them in the PNG extension. The cons with MS Paint before Windows 7 is that saving as a JPEG can distort or blur the picture and makes it look bad and I didn't like it based on my experience, and worse it adds too much extra time to clean it up just so it looks finished. Saving as a GIF isn't much better, but will restrict the color selection (such as that you pick orange but instead uses red for whatever you're coloring in) as well as flatten the details.

Failure? I'm only giving out some good helpful pointers. I don't judge people based on their artistic talent, there is always room for improvement. Back in high school, my art looked like crap and I had plenty of drawbacks then. There's a difference between critiques and flat out insults, and my friend made this stamp. ->
If you don't want a critique, that's fine but there are better things to do than use attitude after someone gives out pointers.

If you don't want or need pointers, please say it nicely or put a stamp on your profile to make them aware that you don't need them. I personally ask for pointers for what I need to practice on and stuff. But the way you said it, it looked like you were using attitude instead of saying it nicely like "No thanks" or any other suggestions that would be good manners.

Maybe, but different programs function differently. Yet, I was crap at using MS Paint until I started to use Photoshop since late 2007. I know there are still plenty of good MS Paint artists, including and some others. Whether or not I should or shouldn't mention a program, you need to calm down and not make a big deal about it. And yes, there are some things that MS Paint can do that Photoshop cannot do, too.
