:3 all you need is Photo shop that's what I used for making those animations

well for me I made a blank then copy the picture I made in MSPaint and pasted it in the Photoshop which made a new layer after the animated thing I had is ready I go to file and click "Save to web" and set it up to animate click the check box on transpernt off then pick how fast I want it to move which is mostly a 0.2 or 0.3
