Aside from his speed and blue fur, the other thing that makes Sonic iconic are his red lightweight hyperfriction sneakers with a white stripe and a touch of golden yellow.

The classic shoes from his Genesis days.

The Soap shoes he wore in Sonic Adventure 2 that allowed him to grind on rails.

His Riders shoes he wore for all three Sonic Riders games.

The Modern shoes he currently wears.

His Boom shoes from the Sonic Boom games and show.

And finally, his movie shoes from the Sonic the Hedgehog movie.

All these shoes are what make Sonic so iconic and I enjoy seeing these designs for him.
