Dr. W himself Wily! One of the most well known video game villains next to Bowser and Dr. Eggman. Like Light, he also
attended the Robot Institute of Technology. A friend and classmate to Dr. Light, he helped build the first robot with an advanced AI which was Proto Man.He also helped Light to
build the first line of Robot Masters, with Dr. Light gaining all the credit. Jealous of Light always gaining more attention than himself and sick of all the negative feedback from society he
reprogrammed Light's Robots to prove to the world of his genius. But as the story goes Mega Man is always there to stop him every time, every time. Wily has made dozens upon dozens of Robots to defeat
Mega Man to a point of hijacking other scientists Robots as well. He also made his strongest robot Bass who is a rogue robot that chooses to listen to Wily's orders when he feels like it. But even Bass and Mega Man himself do not compare to the last creation Dr. Wily ever made. By studying the new material Bassnium that he made from Bass he created a robot, if not the most powerful robot in the Mega Man universe, whos power is horribly overwhelming to that of Mega Man. It is unknown what this robot did in the past and what future he caused, but the future that awaits Classic Mega Man may be a dark one........
