Hehe, as NagandEmerald said, the 4th Overlord takes this one. At the end of Rising Hell Overlord assumes the mantle of "god", after he defeated the forgotten one, and with it an entire dimension, and everything in it. Due to being traped in the abyss, he might not currently have the minions at his disposal, however, the abyss is home to all "evil dead", which means that he has control over a near limitless supply of troops (like the wraiths etc), not to mention that he could just bring back whatever Arthas kills in a matter of secounds as it would only return to his dimension again.

It can be argued that the Lich King generally has better troops, however Overlord will have a much easier time resupplying his numbers, as Arthas "only" will be able to bring back souls stored in his sword, which btw also means that the Overlord will have Lich King vastly outnumbered as Overlord will be able to bring forth eons upon eons of damed souls, where as Arthas (although numerous) has a lower limit. futhermore, doesnt Arthas need bodies to bring forth his legions? which the Overlord on the other side doesnt need to.

as for personal power, I would have to give the Overlord the edge here as well. even before reaching godhood, he was still to be force to be reckoned with, as he was unatrully strong and durable, as for his magic.... well, he turned a god into ash, and assumed his powers... so well....

*Nag* Highly doubtful. Although I have seen the Lich King's power, the Overlord is far more powerful. Not only that, but he is a military general that has a near limitless supply of the most deadly creatures to ever exist in Fantasy, the minion. Not only that, but the Overlord has managed to kill gods, was born evil, is evil, and all he wants to do is evil. Arthas Menethil is in a way, Azeroth's Overlord, but he does not have the courage to stand up to gods and live to tell the tale, as proven with the Third Overlord, Vessperion the Conqueror, or the Fourth Overlord, Sayron the Destroyer. Both now live in different levels of Hell, true, but they achieved what most, if not all villains achieved and kept. World domination or destruction.

Well, you've obviously done your research better than I have.

*Nag* Obviously. To know true evil, you must play as true evil.
