I don't want to be creepy but I was going through your gallery and I thought I'd give a critique:

The proportions of the face seem correct. I would work on making the lines a little cleaner and thinner. The color choices are good but I would add some shading to make it more detailed. The arms seem off and the hands look a little wonky. I would also work on varying facial expressions and varying poses. Tip: if you want to make this stand out even more you should add a background or type his name in a really cool font. (Photoshop and Paint Tool SAI are good for backgrounds and coloring). Anyways, hope this helps!
