Main characters have a protective layer of awesomeness. Some characters are so awesome that weapon fire and falling debris miss them entirely every time.
(These are known as 'Superawesomes'. Examples of 'Superawesomes' are Jar Jar Binks and Vash the Stampede)
Unfortunately, this protective field never protects clothing of female main characters. No one knows why.

I'm grinning because this part of the story is reeealy similar to Issue 4 of "Posessed Hero", my first real fan-comic. (And no, it shall never be on DA).

I know it's supposed to be serious but some parts are just funny! Tails expression, for one. And also the fact that SS just burns Amy's clothes, whereas he killed that other guy... That's also kinda lol-worthy
