To give you guys a good idea as to what I'm doing in my Typography class, this is my "digital" sketch of what my next assignment is going to look like, roughly. By doing this, I am putting myself at risk for my "competition" to find this and get some ideas off of mine (since now people from my class are finding my DA account), but nonetheless, it's about time that I start showing you guys a good idea about what it's like to be in my Type 1 class, instead of all of my old photography that is plaguing my gallery. That and I'm too nice.

Yes, I do realize that this looks like those gift/greeting cards you find at Barnes & Noble. That is the point. Trying to give Patrick Henry's famous quote a modern and professional appeal. Point of the assignment is to take a quote and assemble it however I want, and turn in a positive and negative piece of the exact thing. That's why this is a rough sketch. I have to re-create this by X-Acto knife and by copy machine. This is why it takes me so long, because I'm doing this entire thing by letter. Not word. Letter. I love my life. Kinko's, here I come again...

Ok, as far as critique goes, I would appreciate it GREATLY! Have anything that's erking you while looking at it? PLEEEASE tell me! My dream as a Graphic Designer depends on it. Seriously. Thank you!
