I don't have the Sims 3 Pets anymore, but I pretty much just got a small, pug-shaped dog, added Stitch colors (it's tedious work to get the right markings on the face), and put some of his features like the eyes and ears to their maximum largeness.

Well, Stitch is almost shaped like a pug, so I applied the properties of the pug breed to make Stitch as a Sims dog. I made the ears and eyes as big as possible.
