Description: In the Vertannian Galaxy, the Eternals (Absconsus Immortalis), a species of extraordinary fluorosilicone organisms, emerged as a Type Ⅰ civilization from the caverns of the arid, moonless plant Vana 303-A (that orbited close to the main sequence star Libaranite).

On the Summer Solstice, Libaranite released an apocalyptic solar flare that ruptured the planet’s atmosphere and burned all life forms to crisp in six minutes; within that time frame, Cosmos (27, 9, 17)* and Nature (22, 7, 14), two renowned astronauts, gathered together four children of other spacernals—Time (16, 5, 10), Space (14, 7, 9), Death (11, 3, 7), and Life (3, 1, 2)—and emergency-launched a spacecraft to a base on the neighboring planet XC2-B, where Twilight (27, 9, 17), a lone astronaut resided.
