I really do enjoy using the painting style of art
More experimentation, and the character was just made up on a whim. She doesn't have a name. Hope you like it She's an elf!

I am currently working on a fantasy Card game, just a hobby-project and the game is played between me, friends and my dad. (so you don't have to worry about/hope for massively produced cards 
What I was going to ask: Can I use this as the artwork for a playing card?

Okay, so I made it: you can see the card here .
The card can be laid under a summon-card, that summon is then untargetable (cannot be directly targeted by any enemy, but it is also unable to guard allies) until it attacks in some sort, I hope it'll support combo-tactics in the TCG.
