Fwee, 100th deviation (I think)!I remembered the 'sunlight through trees' effect that I got in the background of my piccy of the Treecko line, so I tried for something similar-ish here - I'm really happy with the result ^^
I used this guy on a runthrough of Diamond version, as a bit of a challenge
Candice was... interesting

FFFFFF- The way you draw your lineart for your pictures has just gotten awesome, seriously...seriously.
The shading is amazing too, and the effect behind them is pretty!

My lineart for these Poke-pics is mostly done with serious reference to the 'offical' artwork... When I get round to drawing Kitty again, the drawing quality might take a (hopefully temporary) dive... XD Ehehehe...

What drawing programe do you use for lineart and stuff? I use PaintTool SAI C:

I use Krita, which is an open-source image twiddling program
My laptop runs openSUSE version 10.3, support for which stop a few years ago, so it's relatively basic as these things go (I say 'relatively' 'cos it has a few interesting ways of fiddling with layers) I draw my stuff by hand with pencil an' paper then scan it in and prettify it in Krita
Doing the backgrounds is very fun now I've figured out layer-wrangling ^^

Yup, it makes things neater than zoooooooming in an' uing the paintbrush in very small steps ^^
