...rather like a Merchant Ivory film in its feel, somehow... Reminds me of the scene in Howard's End, where the wife of the wealthy industrialist is wandering around the yard of her country house at dusk, amidst the grass and flowers, viewing her adult children through the windows, lit up from the inside. Not the same subject, but the feel is tha same for me.

The setting and composition of this shot is great. Your facial expression and body language, along with the dog's expression, is perfect and precious.
If you were to look at the histograms for this image, you would see very little pixel tonal information for the top 50% of the tonal range, in all color channels.
Did you give it such a heavy green cast for a reason? If not, it is easily corrected in PS, in Levels. Reds and yellows correct the pants, hair, skin tones, as well as attenuate the greens, which can be further fine tuned. Just a thought.

For this shot, I had waken up really early in the morning, before sunrise, to get this green/blue light that I really enjoy. I did not (as far as I can remember) push the green cast, it's the way it was, really cold, dewy and lacking direct light. As you can see, I had to use a quite high ISO speed to obtain this result.

Your poses/faces are hilarious. This is golden. I hate the lighting and framing though, sorry to say. It reminds me of those kind of clumsy movies like Napoleon Dynamite where the character slouches and is very ordinary but hilarious.

c'est amusant de constater combien le chien a l'air inquiet face Γ l'objectif, un peu comme si celui ci venait perturber votre belle histoire commune.

I like how the dog looks like you.
And the poem... is that by Rilke? I seem to remember him having written a poem similar to it....

Thank you !
The writing is not by Rilke by the way, it is really what happened to me today. :]

I really like the colours in this. The contrast between the greenery and you and the dog is lovely.
