My entry for 's contest. The theme was musicals, and thus this piece was born!!! I've always loved the Musical "The Wiz" since I was in it, so I thought I may just do that one, along with my favourite song, Ease On Down The Road.

Toto: Wolf that belongs to me
Scarecrow: Scarecrow horse that belongs to me
Dorothy: Starbuck
Tin Man: Polaris
Lion: Dante

For Dorothy, I thought that Starbuck would be a good horse--not too vibrant of colours, but enough to stand out. She has silver slippers, because, in 'The Wiz', Dorothy has silver, not ruby, slippers.
For the Tin Man, I wanted a silver-grey horse, and Polaris just seemed to fit the bill! I made him a little shiny and gave him a hat and an axe to add to the 'Tin Man' effect.
For the Cowardly Lion, I wanted him to be a big horse, a draft horse to be exact. This gived the feeling of someone who would be big and scary.
